Peter,As a law enforcement officer, I am committed to enforcing the laws against possession of drugs. While I am open to suggestions on alternative methods of dealing with the problem, I can say that I have seen the terrible consequences of drug abuse. We do have to come up with something to enhance prevention and provide other ideas of combatting the drug trade. Thanks for the email.
